Your Role:
· Create exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored recommendations
· Help customers find the perfect gift or signature scent
· Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising and store presentation
· Work as a team to achieve sales targets
· Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation

· Thrive in a fast-paced, festive retail environment
· Flexible availability during peak Christmas weeks
· Retail or customer service experience is a plus – enthusiasm is essential!
