Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead technical expertise assignments of medium complexity. Each day, you will contribute to the development of technical expertise solutions and services. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the creation of technical expertise business strategy.

Job Summary:

1)     Safety-First Mindset: Proactively execute preventive maintenance schedules.

2)     Rapid Response: Quickly diagnose and resolve production line faults.

Operational Stability: Ensure stable, safe, and high-efficiency production line performance.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

1)   Establish and improve the maintenance team, train and enhance team members' skills, and establish preventive maintenance mechanisms and schedules.

2)   Establish maintenance plans within the equipment management system and implement preventive maintenance on equipment.

3)   Work closely with the Production and IE (Industrial Engineering) teams to reduce equipment downtime, define MTTR and MTBF performance targets, and maintain normal production operations.

4)   Support and assist in the introduction, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment，oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

5)   Defines maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consults on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities, in collaboration with the Engineering team.

6)   Manages and updates technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

7)   Solves major technical, equipment, or facilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines.

8)   Maintains tools and repairs equipment in good working condition.

9)   Proposes improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.

10)  Responds to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.

Complete and deliver other tasks related to safety, maintenance, quality, and efficiency as assigned.

Qualifications

1) Bachelor or Master degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Automation.

2)  Good team communication skills, a proactive service-oriented mindset, strong problem-analysis and problem-solving abilities, and a capacity for continuous learning and growth.

3)  Over 5 years of experience in assembly line equipment maintenance; preference will be given to candidates with experience in automated equipment maintenance within the automotive, electronics, or high-end manufacturing industries.

4)   Proficient in reading and drawing electrical schematics, with the ability to independently analyze control circuits and wiring logic.

5)   Possess fundamental knowledge of mechanical structures; be familiar with mechanical assembly drawings and pneumatic schematic diagrams; and be able to use common tools for disassembly, assembly, adjustment, and precision calibration of mechanisms.

6)   Familiar with PLC programs and robot programs, and skilled in troubleshooting

7)   Familiar with the principles, selection, on-site wiring, and commissioning methods of components such as electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, sensors, cylinders, etc.

Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
