Description

Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 150 associates.

Monday-Friday, 5:00am - 5:15pm

A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- You will operate all different machines and equipment. Along with monitoring and troubleshooting the production equipment, you will be supplying the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
- You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers.
- You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
- Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting boxes of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.
- This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us; we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment.
- Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.
Physical Requirements
Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements may vary but can include:
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary. More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.
