We have a career opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team!
Citizens Energy Group is excited to have a position available for Executive Assistant reporting to the Underground Engineering & Construction (UE&C) Director. The successful candidate will work with area Directors, Managers, Supervisors and other team members under the supervision of the UE&C Director. As the department heads’ representative, the successful candidate will serve as a pivotal communication point supporting project workflow, allocating time and scheduling activities consistent with tactical, strategic, internal and external requirements and commitments. Will help support team to ensure tasks are completed in an accurate, timely, and confidential manner; be able to provide follow-up status on projects; provide a high-level of trustworthiness in private and confidential matters and exhibit values and traits need in achieving Trust goals and standards.

Minimum Salary: $43,600 (Grade 4)
Responsibilities
- Performs tasks including maintaining records, filing, ordering office supplies, processing invoices and expense reports.
- Provides high-level administrative support to the Director/Management Team and all employees of the Division.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including preparing agendas, drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Coordinates and schedules department events, internal/external meetings, presentations, seminars, travel and meetings for the Director/Management team.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Screens correspondence, email, telephone calls, etc. and responds if necessary, or directs to appropriate personnel.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma and some academic work at the college undergraduate level, or trade school certificate is desirable.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associated degree in related field preferred.
- Manage executive level meetings through MS Outlook and MS Teams.
