Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an SLS Coordinator - Final Assembly Line A350 (M/F) to join our Department A350 Product Line in Toulouse, France.

You will join the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) department dedicated to the A350 Final Assembly Line (FAL), at the heart of the production environment where our aircraft are assembled.

Our team operates at the core of operational realities, combining a strong shop-floor presence alongside operators and workstations with the strategic management of key HSE projects across the entire FAL.

Your challenges :

1. EHS Network Coordination & Governance :

• Coordinate and lead the FAL Local Safety Support (SLS) network.
• Cascade the global EHS strategy and roadmap across production units and support functions.
• Facilitate safety governance bodies and routines (SQCDP4, Safety Lab 3 & 4, Sounding Boards) and track EHS performance KPIs.

2. Expertise, Advisory & Safety Culture :

• Advise and support operational managers (delegates/sub-delegates) in applying EHS requirements and regulatory standards.
• Promote the site's EHS culture through field initiatives (Safety 15-minute briefings, Return to Work, Clean-Up Days, heatwave management).
• Implement continuous improvement practices and ensure the maturity of EHS building blocks within the Airbus Operating System (AOS).

3. Risk Management, Incident Handling & Occupational Health :

• Lead the tracking and follow-up of Occupational Risk Assessments.
• Ensure high-quality incident resolution: root cause analysis (FISH), containment measures, action plans, and dissemination of lessons learned (Flash Alerts).
• Act as the liaison for Prevention and Health services (ergonomics programs, osteopathy, occupational health).

4. Industrial Integration & Budget Management :

• Ensure EHS requirements are fully integrated into FAL industrial evolution projects (P31, ULR, Freighter, etc.).
• Structure, prioritize, and manage the FAL's investment budget (Safety CAPEX) in alignment with management.

Your boarding pass :

• Minimum 3 years of experience required, with a Master's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent in the HSE/EHS field
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies
• Project management skills
• Professional level of English required
