Join the area’s largest independent full-line authorized provider of the industry’s top three manufacturers for copier, printer, and multi-function product (MFP) technology as an Account Executive, specializing in Wide Format print/copy equipment! The territory will encompass West Virginia, Eastern Kentucky and potentially parts of southern Ohio.
This is a hybrid position that will involve a combination of field, and remote work. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. The Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with the company's products and services. This role involves proactive communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
This position offers a base salary + commission pay structure. Any candidates who are subject to a non-compete or employment agreement should make us aware at their earliest opportunity.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the CRM.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
* Wide format printing produces prints wider than standard desktop or commercial printers can handle. Generally, it refers to prints with a width ranging from 18 to 100 inches, though some printers can handle even wider sizes. These printers are used to create a variety of items, such as banners, posters, car wraps, and trade show displays.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Located within the proposed geography of West Virginia
- Experience in print/copy sales with some experience with wide format products is a plus but not required
- Experience selling IT services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create strategic plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
