As the Analyst, Transformation Management Office, you will play an important role in supporting the successful execution of Operation Daybreak. Reporting to the Director, Transformation Management Office, you will coordinate program activities, support governance and executive reporting, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and contribute to the delivery of key program outputs across multiple workstreams.

You will work closely with Program Leadership, business and technology stakeholders, and external delivery partners to maintain alignment, track commitments, and provide timely, accurate information that supports decision-making. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic transformation environment.

This is an opportunity to join a forward-looking, multi-year Investment Platform Transformation Program designed to deliver a modernized target operating model. The initiative will drive end-to-end modernization of technology and data capabilities, enabling streamlined processes, enhanced scalability, and improved decision-making across investment, operations, and finance teams.

The Transformation Office is responsible for all aspects of program delivery, including Program and Project Management, Change Management & Communications, Transformation Design and Delivery, and Data Enablement.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

Program Coordination & Delivery Support

  • Support the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple program workstreams to support achievement of key milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain and track program actions, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, trackers, and reporting artifacts.
  • Support day-to-day program activities and help ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Governance & Reporting

  • Prepare materials for Steering Committee, Executive, Program Leadership, and other governance forums.
  • Develop presentations, status reports, dashboards, briefing notes, and meeting materials for a range of stakeholder audiences.
  • Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, and coordinate follow-up through completion.
  • Maintain governance documentation, reporting schedules, decision logs, and program repositories.
  • Assist with audit, risk, control, and compliance requests related to program activities.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, internal audit, and change teams.
  • Coordinate activities with external partners and vendors, including BlackRock, PwC, Deloitte, and other delivery partners.
  • Support stakeholder communications and facilitate timely information sharing across the program.
  • Help prepare stakeholders for governance discussions, decisions, milestones, and upcoming deliverables.

Strategic Deliverables & Benefits Realization

  • Assist in the development of key program deliverables, including business cases, benefits realization frameworks, status reports, governance materials, and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate inputs from internal and external stakeholders to support the timely completion of program deliverables.
  • Support the definition, tracking, and reporting of program benefits and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and documentation to support program decision-making and continuous improvement.

Change Management Support

  • Support the execution of change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Assist in the development of communications, presentations, training materials, and program updates.
  • Contribute to organizational readiness and change impact assessment activities.
  • Help promote awareness and adoption of program objectives and outcomes across stakeholder groups.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, governance, stakeholder engagement, and program management processes.
  • Support the implementation of consistent templates, tools, and practices within the Transformation Management Office.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements in program delivery and information management.

Success Outcomes

  • Program activities, actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions are tracked accurately and consistently.
  • Governance forums receive timely, clear, and decision-oriented materials.
  • Program deliverables are coordinated effectively and completed to a high standard.
  • Stakeholders receive accurate information and are engaged at the appropriate points in the delivery process.
  • Benefits, performance indicators, and improvement opportunities are documented and tracked transparently.
  • The Transformation Management Office operates with organized, reliable, and consistent program management practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Project & Program Coordination

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting projects, PMO functions, strategic initiatives, consulting engagements, or transformation activities.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow through on commitments.
  • Experience preparing presentations, status reports, meeting materials, minutes, action logs, and other program documentation.
  • CAPM, PMP, Prosci, or other project/change management certifications are considered an asset.

Analytical, Technical & Reporting Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and collaboration tools; experience with project management or reporting tools is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • University degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.

Communication, Stakeholder Management & Adaptability

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, senior stakeholders, vendors, and consultants.
  • Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced and evolving transformation environment.
  • Experience within financial services, asset management, pensions, consulting, or technology environments is considered an asset.

The expected salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year, prorated based on the term of the contract.
