The Position
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

- Coordinate and communicate with business, strategic planning, and related divisional teams for planning and tracking of the implementation of new and innovative Commercial Health Insurance models to promote fast, broad, and sustainable patient access for better patient health and outcomes
- Collaborates with highly matrixed internal and external stakeholders to input cross-functional efforts to identify and design scalable healthcare and payer innovation strategy as part of the Roche China 5-year strategy
- In alignment with annual CMA policy priorities, shaping efforts of payer innovation policy dynamics such as the roles and impact of commercial health insurance in supporting fast, broad, and sustainable patient access to innovative health technologies, in particular, SRPL products
- Facilitates communication and discussion with internal and external partners to tell the story of how payer innovation programs benefit eligible patients and stakeholders
- Establishes close organizational relationship with key stakeholders in policy making and real world practice with regard to innovative financing and patient access models to innovative health technologies in public and private settings including but not limited to policy think tanks and academic institutes, and commercial health insurance and financing companies

- Bachelor's degree in applied scientific disciplines including but not limited to business administration, economics, finance/accounting, operational science, health policy, pharmacy administration or other relevant qualifications; advanced degree desirable
Job Required Competencies 岗位所需胜任力
- Health Insurance Background
- Two-year plus working experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing private insurance schemes for health technologies, particularly specialty products to drive market access KPIs including preferential pricing, reimbursement, and formulary listing would be preferred
- Working operational knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and analytics
- Demonstrated strategic capabilities to think creatively and innovatively, with a record of leading cross functional initiatives from conception through completion in complex and changing environments
- Strong influence skills and ability to build productive cross-functional, regional, and global partnerships and the ability to manage by influence outside of direct reporting structure
- Ability to work well in matrix environment and independently
- Excellent oral and written English skills; strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in Chinese and English
