You Are:
The Sales Solutions Architect will help architect AFS’s largest and most complex federal opportunities. This role bridges the gap between acquisition strategy, solutioning, capture strategy, and proposal development to increase PWin.They will Interpret and translate client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings or from integration of new technologies. They will also provide Thought Leadership in conjunction with Accenture Federal's Leadership team and marketing lead. Publish, interview and speak about forward leaning ideas on Operations and where Accenture can add value
The Work:
- Hands-on player/coach working alongside our account and deal teams. Roll up your sleeves on "must-win" deals while mentoring account teams on advanced capture strategies, FEDSIM/Federal evaluation nuances, ceiling expansion, shaping opportunities, and effective client engagement.
- Provide an independent perspective to deal teams on proposal messaging that directly hit on our customer’s pain points
- Refine our proposal review processes with a strict focus on maximizing government evaluation scores. Partner directly with our Sales AI Team to integrate innovative, data-driven insights and automation into proposal development. Lead mock TEBs on Tier 1 opportunities. Provide independent perspective to deal teams on our win strategy and messaging to ensure we are hitting customer pain points.
- Serve as an expert for interagency agreements, vehicle usage, and cross-agency pattern recognition to shape future procurements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to agency leaders, utilizing established networks to shape requirements, inform acquisition strategies, and influence procurements before they hit the street.
- Partner with Go-To-Market leads to closely align AFS’s technology solutions with evolving federal mission requirements and shifting acquisition policies.
- Serve as the in-house expert on protest risk for highly complex bids, ensuring rigorous legal, technical, and strategic defensibility to protect AFS’s largest awards.
Here's What You Need:
- Proven track record of winning multi-million-dollar contracts with federal civilian or defense agencies, including full and open and set-aside opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales and growth teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the Federal acquisition process, including FAR, task orders, and contract vehicles like GSA and IDIQs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
Bonus Points If:
- Established network of senior-level relationships within Defense & Intelligence agencies or similar federal agency client spaces.
- Experience leading growth efforts in organizations undergoing rapid expansions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
