Part-Time Driver – Senior Living Community

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Driver to enhance the mobility and independence of our community members while providing exceptional service and companionship. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a vibrant, supportive environment within the beautiful southwest Florida area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate community vehicles to transport residents to medical appointments, grocery stores, entertainment venues, and other local destinations

- Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort

- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols during transportation

- Provide friendly, respectful, and attentive service to residents, fostering a positive experience

- Support community activities and events as needed, contributing to a lively and engaging environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Proven experience in driving, preferably with a focus on passenger transportation

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to assist seniors with mobility and provide compassionate service

- Dependable, punctual, and able to work some weekends

- Knowledge of southwest Florida’s local destinations is a plus

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety standards
