KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• In the job family of Finance & Accounting, our focus is on delivering financial analysis and creating value for the business. We work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights, strengthen decisions, and improve financial performance.
• You will implement small-scale projects and conduct financial analysis to identify value-creation opportunities across business categories.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement plans and build organizational capability.
• You will translate analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
• You will support business development and decision-making processes.
• You will monitor financial performance, provide accurate reports, and continuously identify process optimization opportunities.
• This role will work closely with other team members to ensure strong collaborative relationships are nurtured and important information is shared.
• You will need to be aware of relevant external legal and tax requirements and internal stewardship requirements and act accordingly.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial and business data, identify value-creation opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Financial Knowledge: Knowledge of financial analysis techniques, accounting principles, financial reporting, and business performance management.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial and data analysis software.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear recommendations and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Excellent critical thinking skills and high accuracy in financial analysis and reporting, with a proactive can-do attitude.
