As part of the Technology Consulting -Business Applications – SAP  Practice team, we leverage opportunities around digital disruption, new age operating model and best-in-class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients 

 

Responsibilities: 

  

• We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant to support and enhance maintenance processes through SAP PM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in maintenance operations, asset management, preventive maintenance, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, and FI. 

• Key Responsibilities 

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to plant maintenance and asset management. 

• Configure and implement SAP PM functionalities including:  

• Technical Objects (Equipment & Functional Locations) 

• Maintenance Notifications 

• Maintenance Orders 

• Preventive Maintenance 

• Task Lists 

• Maintenance Plans 

• Work Clearance Management 

• Manage end-to-end SAP PM implementation, rollout, and support projects. 

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to design maintenance processes and workflows. 

• Perform gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices. 

• Support integrations with SAP MM, PP, QM, PS, and FI/CO modules. 

• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements. 

• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution. 

• Deliver user training and create functional documentation. 

• Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs. 

• Required Skills 

• Strong experience in SAP PM configuration and support. 

• Expertise in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes. 

• Knowledge of Equipment Management and Functional Location structures. 

• Experience with Maintenance Planning and Scheduling. 

• Understanding of maintenance cost tracking and reporting. 

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA PM implementations or migrations. 

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Plant Maintenance. 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
