In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to synchronize efforts and drive project success is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards and best practices within the team.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Strong expertise in data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Experience in optimizing data refresh processes and managing large datasets within business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI) with various data sources and enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues related to business intelligence reports and dashboards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
