Job Description

As an E-commerce CRM Campaign Manager, you will drive consumer demand, lead generation, brand awareness, and digital sales performance for Philips' flagship online store in Hungary. You will report to Commercial Leader Hungary.

The role has been opened for fixed-term contract for maternity cover.

 

Your role:

• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Managing campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Being owner of campaign budgets and ensuring efficient investment and ROI.
• Leading communication strategies that strengthen Philips' brand positioning and customer experience.
• Analyzing campaign and consumer data to generate insights and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Digital, and Consumer Experience teams to deliver business objectives.
• Managing and developing a direct report (Digital Specialist), ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Coordinating external agency partners throughout campaign briefing, execution, and reporting.
• Partnering with local and regional marketing and media teams to share best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Supporting product launches and growth initiatives through innovative, consumer-focused marketing campaigns.

 

 

You're the right fit if:

• You have 4+ years of campaign management/project management experience in marketing,  leadership aspiration.
• You are results-driven, proactive, organized, good at both planning and execution.
• You have a bachelor degree in Economics or equivalent
• You are fluent in English
• You bring e-commerce  and/or CRM experience.

Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is between 7,772,000.00-12,876,000.00 HUF gross. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for Short Term Incentive with your rewards linked to KPI and results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
