Run a community like it's yours
This role is closer to running a small business than to managing a property. You will lead a small on-site team and run the full operation of a community of 544 homes: the budget, collections, leasing and occupancy, vendor relationships, and the daily experience of the families who live there. You will have real decision-making authority; you will own the results, and you can tell how you are doing just by driving through the community.
