Description
Spherix Global Insights is seeking a Market Research Panel Associate to support the continued growth, engagement, and day-to-day management of the Spherix Community and the successful fielding of our healthcare market research studies.
This role serves as an important connection between our Community (Physician, APPs, and Market Access), internal research teams, and external partners. The Panel Associate will support Community recruitment and engagement, monitor active research studies, maintain accurate community data, assist with honoraria administration, and help ensure research projects are fielded efficiently, accurately, and according to schedule.
The ideal candidate has prior market research and fielding experience, preferably within healthcare or life sciences, and is comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Community Management & Recruitment
- Support the day-to-day management of the Spherix Community, including maintaining accurate participant profiles, contact information, participation history, and other relevant community data.
- Recruit and engage physicians and other healthcare professionals for quantitative, qualitative, and other market research opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to grow the Community through targeted recruitment and outreach initiatives.
- Develop and support engagement strategies that encourage ongoing participation and strengthen relationships with Community members.
- Respond professionally and promptly to Community member questions or issues related to research participation, membership, surveys, and honoraria.
- Support the administration and tracking of research participant honoraria.
Research Fielding & Project Support
- Support fielding activities for syndicated, custom, quantitative, qualitative, and other research studies across Spherix.
- Monitor active studies from launch through close, including recruitment progress, quotas, participation, and other key fielding metrics.
- Proactively identify potential fielding challenges and assist in developing solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Provide timely project and recruitment updates to internal stakeholders and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Review research screeners, questionnaires, recruitment criteria, and target lists to understand study requirements and support accurate sampling.
- Assist with target-list matching, sample preparation, survey invitations, reminders, and other fielding-related activities.
- Help ensure projects are completed according to specifications, timelines, and established research procedures.
Cross-Functional & Vendor Support
- Collaborate with research, operations, franchise, and other internal teams to support study execution and recruitment needs.
- Participate in production, fielding, and operational meetings as appropriate.
- Coordinate with external sample and recruitment partners when additional research participants are required.
- Assist with vendor bid requests, feasibility assessments, quote review, and fielding coordination as needed.
- Track and communicate project outcomes, recruitment performance, and relevant fielding metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve community processes, recruitment strategies, workflows, and overall participant experience.
- Provide general support to the broader Community/Network team and assist with additional projects based on organizational needs.
Education & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in market research fielding, sample/panel management, research operations, or a related market research function.
- Experience managing or supporting multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with research participants, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Preferred
- Market research experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences.
- Experience recruiting or managing physicians, healthcare professionals, or other specialized research audiences.
- Experience working with survey, panel/community management, sample management, or market research technology platforms.
- Experience working with external sample or recruitment vendors.
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative healthcare market research methodologies.

- The position reports to the Director of Community
