Assistant Sales Manager, Japanese GMF Accounts

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to achieve sales objectives within revenue target based on POR growth assumptions for all Japanese Accounts in Thailand.

Gain market share by taking business from the competition or by winning new business such as a new line at a (potential) customer.

Provide technical services to meet customer requirements for ultimate use of products to avoid potential problems and minimize any damage caused.

Develop, implement and monitor sales strategies and resources to achieve POR.  Support substantial sales strategy development and customer communications.

Job Descriptions

• Ensure to achieve sales target and sales development as annual plan.
• Responsible for product line under responsibilities and assigned.
• Manage existing customers and find new customers to achieve sales target as assigned.
• Ensure that all customer processes from Atotech are performing to customer satisfaction in terms of quality and efficiency including cost control.
• Implement the continuous process improvement to meet or exceed customer expectation in terms of quality and efficiency.
• Provide timely, thorough and professional response to any existing problem in the customer process. 7. Responsible to conduct introduction of new products to customer including training and presentation.
• Responsible for all technical communication between all Atotech department and customer, attend all required technical meeting and communicate activities to appropriate person and all information from   other regions, product specialist, etc. must be approved by the product marketing manager before being given to the customer.

• Recommend quality or process improvement measure to immediate superior.
• Additional responsibility: “Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safely & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards. Demonstrate ongoing visibility at sites & consistent interaction with staff and contractors at all levels”.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development with chemical industry.
• Strong technical background in chemicals, surface treatment, manufacturing, or a related industrial field, with the ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot customer processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts, build long-term customer relationships, identify customer needs, and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct product introductions, training, technical presentations, chemical trials, and resolve customer process issues.
• Strong English and Japanese communication skills.
