What You'll Do
Implementation and Support
- Lead on-site implementation of Circadia's monitoring platform in SNFs, from device installation through go-live, integrating it into existing care routines rather than adding a parallel process.
- Assess each facility before rollout: shift patterns, unit layout, staffing model, EHR workflow, and connectivity constraints.
- Build and execute the facility implementation plan with clear owners, dates, and dependencies, keeping it current as conditions change.
- Serve as first-line support after launch: troubleshoot devices and connectivity, resolve staff questions, and escalate product issues with enough detail for Engineering to act.
- Track device uptime and utilization by facility, unit, and shift, and flag gaps before the customer does.
Training and Adoption
- Deliver training to clinical and frontline staff across all shifts, including nights and weekends, where adoption gaps usually live.
- Tailor content and delivery to the audience. CNAs, nurses, DONs, unit managers, and facility IT each need a different version.
- Build and maintain training materials and a knowledge base that hold up after you leave the building.
- Identify the behavioral reason adoption is lagging rather than defaulting to another session, and retrain where retraining is the actual fix.
- Develop facility champions and super-users so competence survives staff turnover.
Relationship Management and Collaboration
- Build working trust with facility teams at every level, from the floor to the administrator, so staff surface issues early.
- Coordinate with in-house care teams and remote clinical providers so the customer experiences one program, not several.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing implementation insight and ensuring device data is used inside patient care plans.
- Partner with Customer Success, Clinical, Support, and Engineering to unblock deployments, and own customer-facing communication while a dependency is open.
- Hand off to Customer Success with a documented account state: utilization baseline, stakeholder map, and open risks.
Quality Improvement and Compliance
- Feed field evidence to Product and Engineering: failure modes, workflow friction, and what staff actually do with the product.
- Ensure all activity complies with regulatory standards and patient safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of implementation activity, staff education, and device functionality checks, aligned to organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Follow facility protocols on HIPAA, infection control, and site access.
Qualifications
Must-have
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a healthcare setting.
- Comfort operating inside healthcare environments, particularly skilled nursing facilities, with working knowledge of nursing workflows, shift structure, and floor dynamics.
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication with the ability to train and hold a room of clinical staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility quickly with audiences ranging from CNAs to facility administrators.
- Practical problem-solving: you diagnose the cause on site rather than escalating it as-is.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing your own schedule, follow-up, and commitments across multiple facilities at once.
- Organizational rigor with project tracking tools such as Monday.com. Nothing lives only in your head.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%, including early mornings and occasional overnight shift coverage.
Preferred
- Experience implementing healthcare technology, remote patient monitoring, or telehealth services in provider settings.
- Clinical background or license (RN, LPN, RT, CNA) or direct post-acute operations experience.
- Experience training frontline staff in high-turnover environments.
