Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Glendale, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including storefronts, common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and potential hazards to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity through a visible professional presence and accurate incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
