Business Consultant Project Manager

About the Role

Join Accenture as an IT Project Manager, where you will lead the delivery of technology initiatives that enable business transformation and operational excellence. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project execution from initiation to completion, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that align with business objectives, timelines, and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technology projects across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Facilitate project governance activities, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution by proactively identifying challenges and implementing corrective actions.
• Support change management and user adoption activities to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions and processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Accenture delivery standards, quality requirements, and organizational objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Technology Delivery, or related project leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software development, system implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing project scope, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology delivery processes.
• Experience working within global or regional project delivery environments
