Children’s Home Society is currently seeking a full-time Business Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-today administrative, operational and business functions to maintain high quality and efficiency in service and care offerings in accordance with the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

What You'll Do: Your responsibilities would include;
- Administrative Leadership: Supervise and lead staff, providing guidance and support ensuring timeliness and clarity. Works with clinical teams to ensure scheduling, timely documentation and billing can be done efficiently and timely. Coordinate and oversee general office operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Ensure policy and provision for current billing practices. Ensures compliance with clinical licensure requirements and credentialing compliance for outpatient billing.
- Facility Management: Manage office space, including layout, equipment, and supplies. Collaborate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
- Site Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination among various departments within the organization. Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Financial Administration: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring. Oversee financial day to day and milestone tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, monthly and year to date financial analysis and financial record keeping.
- Human Resources Support: Collaborate with the HR department on recruitment, onboarding and employee relations. Maintain employee records, including attendance and leave.
- Technology and Systems: Ensure orientation, compliance, use and maintenance of office technology and software. Provide support and training to staff on office systems.
- Communication and Correspondence: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements
Experience/Education:
- Education: Associate degree in business administration required, Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred, health management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At Least 1-3 years of experience in clinic business management preferred. Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Knowledge of nonprofit operations and regulations is a plus. Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Normal office environment with minimal exposure to dust, noise, etc. Extended PC viewing and keyboarding required. Extended periods of sedentary work required.
