Description
At full-performance level, monitors patients for safety to prevent suicide, self-injurious behavior, or aggression toward other patients and/or self. Provide assistance with activities of daily living, e.g., Personal hygiene, laundry, etc. Monitors vital signs and documents results. Accompanies patients to groups and fresh air break. Performs related duties as required. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position. Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing for probable cause as set forth by agency and bureau policies. This is a tobacco-free facility. Applicants selected must successfully complete a background check.
This position is eligible for an appointment incentive of $5000.00 to the selected applicant who agrees to work for the facility for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.
