Weekend PM Custodian - TSMC Phoenix

Verde Clean is seeking reliable and motivated Weekend PM Custodians to support our operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.

Available Shift

• Thursday-Sunday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Work Areas

Weekend PM Custodians may be assigned to one of the following teams:

Main Office Cleaning Team

• Clean offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Restock supplies and empty trash receptacles.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Essential Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.
• Wipe and sanitize desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces.
• Remove trash and debris.
• Restock facility supplies.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including active construction areas and office settings.
