About the role:

Function -Engineering & Maintenance – Asset Care

Reporting - Manager – Engineering & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities -

Asset Care -Own asset care for bottling lines; ensure equipment basic conditions and reliability.

Preventive Maintenance Execute PM plan; ensure PM compliance and timely closure. Predictive Maintenance Monitor vibration, thermography, lubrication and equipment condition. Breakdown

Maintenance Troubleshoot breakdown; minimize MTTR and production downtime. RCA & Reliability Conduct RCA / 5-Why for chronic failures and implement permanent corrective actions.

 

OEE Improvement -Drive improvement in Availability, Performance and Quality losses. Bottling Equipment Maintain filler, rinser, capper, labeller, conveyors, packer, palletizer and inspection systems.

Autonomous Maintenance -Support AM activities, defect tagging, cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening. Spare Management Identify critical spares, monitor consumption and ensure availability. Continuous Improvement Implement Kaizen, Poka-Yoke,

Reporting Track- OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, breakdowns and maintenance losses. Key KPIs OEE / Equipment Availability / MTBF / MTTR / PM Compliance / Breakdown Hours / Repeat Failures

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation.

Experience -3–5 years in bottling / beverage / FMCG / liquor manufacturing maintenance.

Core Skills Bottling equipment in liquor Industry, TPM, RCA, FMEA, OEE, predictive maintenance, SAP PM and troubleshooting.
