About the Role
We're seeking an Engineering Manager to build and lead some engineering teams. The teams are focused on the authentication and authorization architecture for the GoTymeX.
This is a unique opportunity arising from our successful growth. You'll start with some strong teams of existing and new backend/frontend engineers, and a Product Manager. Initially, you'll be about 40-50% hands-on, gradually transitioning to a more leadership-focused role. You'll architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions while mentoring and developing your team.
You'll collaborate with other Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Designers, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, and Product Engineers to define roadmaps, drive execution, and uphold best practices. You'll contribute to the codebase and guide your team in developing innovative solutions for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Own the full lifecycle of a product or component - from design and development to deployment and optimization.
- Shape the technical roadmap alongside product and design teams.
- Influence architecture and processes to ensure scalability, quality, and maintainability.
