Title and Summary
Senior Analyst, Account ManagementOverviewThe Senior Analyst, Account Management is responsible for supporting the growth, retention, and strategic development of assigned customer relationships. This role partners closely with Account Managers, Product, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer objectives, identify growth opportunities, and drive execution of business plans.
The successful candidate combines analytical rigor, customer-facing skills, commercial acumen, and strong project management capabilities to help deepen customer relationships and achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Support the management of key customer relationships and act as a trusted day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with customers to understand business priorities, challenges, and growth objectives.
Assist in preparing and conducting business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and customer meetings.
Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up across internal teams.
Business Growth & Opportunity Identification
Analyze customer portfolios, business performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop recommendations for products, services, and initiatives that enhance customer profitability and engagement.
Support the development of commercial proposals, business cases, and customer presentations.
Contribute to account strategies designed to achieve revenue and business development targets.
Analytics & Insights
Perform portfolio analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Generate actionable insights from customer, industry, and competitive data.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders and customers.
Support the development of dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level business reviews.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Lead or support cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Coordinate activities across Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, and other internal teams.
Ensure timely delivery of commitments and customer initiatives.
Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies and escalate issues when appropriate.
Market Expertise
Maintain strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem, customer segments, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Serve as a subject matter resource for internal stakeholders and customers.
Contribute insights that inform regional and customer-specific strategies.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
None or 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Consulting, Financial Services, Payments, or a related field.
Experience working with external customers and managing multiple stakeholders.
Experience conducting business analysis and developing customer-facing presentations.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
