Key User

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Key User to become the go-to expert for one or more KONE capabilities. Whether at Unit, Area, or Global level, you will help users get the most value from our processes and IT solutions while supporting the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our tools.

As a Key User, you will guide and support end users, provide first-line assistance for issues, and work closely with development and business teams to enhance processes and systems through feedback, incident reporting, and improvement initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting the deployment of new and enhanced processes and IT solutions by participating in testing, pilot activities, demonstrations, and providing valuable user feedback.

• Driving change management and user adoption through training, communication, and promoting best practices across the organization.

• Acting as the first point of contact for end users, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and expertise on processes and IT products.

• Managing and resolving incidents, escalating issues when needed, and collaborating with global support teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Identifying improvement opportunities, sharing user insights, and contributing to the ongoing development and optimization of KONE processes and IT solutions.

• Building and sharing knowledge across Key User networks, user communities, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective ways of working.

• Supporting benefit realization by encouraging correct, efficient, and sustainable use of KONE processes and digital tools.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a good understanding of business processes and IT products.

• Has experience working within the relevant solution area or has actively participated in the rollout of business or IT solutions.

• Understands change management principles and can support the adoption of new processes and tools.

• Demonstrates a genuine interest in processes, methods, and tools within their area of expertise.

• Possesses project management skills, which are considered an advantage.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Is fluent in English and the local language.
