Key Responsibilities
- The role delivers end-to-end support for field-related work scoping and execution troubleshooting, while strengthening maintenance cost and performance governance. It provides critical coordination, data consolidation, and reporting to support turnaround activities, enable operational readiness, cost discipline, and long-term asset performance.
Qualifications
- Safety, Compliance & Asset Readiness. Champion Goal Zero for personal and process safety; ensure compliance with HSSE, AIPSM, SEAM, SGBP, and Group Control Framework. Lead work readiness across project, commissioning, and early operations phases. Support OR&A deliverables to ensure seamless transition to the Operate phase.
- Site Electrical Work Scoping & Troubleshooting. Deliver end-to-end electrical work scoping, including site verification, job walkdowns, and technical requirements definition. Develop and validate electrical workpacks ensuring technical completeness, clarity, and execution readiness. Provide field troubleshooting support for electrical systems and equipment to resolve execution issues and minimize downtime. Interface with operations, engineering, and contractors to address defects, optimize solutions, and ensure safe execution.
- Work Preparation & Planning. Own end-to-end SAP Work Order flow (PM/CM), including material readiness, vendor engagement, and workpack development. Ensure workpacks meet quality, technical completeness, and execution requirements. Coordinate with activity owners to optimize preparation and ensure readiness for execution.
- Execution Performance Monitoring. Monitor plan vs. actual performance (daily/weekly). Validate contractor execution against VOWD and contract norms. Provide structured reporting on execution status, resource loading, and field readiness.
Work Experience
- Oil and Gas Chargeman experiences are mandatory, minimum 12 years of Electrical Experiences.
- Minimum 3 years experience in working on Ex certified electrical equipment.
- Skills in PM, Troubleshooting and CM on all HV/LV electrical equipment.
- EIU authorized L1, L2 (U/G), L3, H1 (up to 33 KV), Permitted to Perform Switching Operation Class 1 up to 33 KV).
- Fit to work at offshore location.
- Oil and Gas experiences working at Shell OGP during Project Phase.
- Offshore experiences is preferred to manage adhoc offshore RMP Electrical Works.
- EIU authorized Chargeman with permitted to perform HV Switching operation Class 1 up to 132kV.
