Job Summary

Designs, develops, and optimizes pharmaceutical and biological processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, collaborating with various departments for mass production, and troubleshooting production issues, while remaining informed on technological advancements and regulatory requirements.

Salary Range
$35.00-55.00 per hour

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

The Professional performs some or all of the following accountabilities as assigned:
• Designing and developing new or revised pharmaceutical/biological processes taking into consideration problems inherent in the transfer of technology from research to manufacturing
• Developing procedures for economical mass production in cooperation with pilot-plant and production departments
• Conducting tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over applicable variables
• Servicing, troubleshooting, and solving production process problems with processes or equipment already in operation
• Preparing and maintaining reports to ensure the plant's processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
• If applicable: Recommending acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials
