Momenteel hebben we een vacature voor de functie van Customer Service Coordinator bij onze Videojet Technologies Europe B.V. locatie in De Meern.

De activiteiten van Videojet Technologies Europe B.V. in De Meern bestaan uit twee onderdelen:

De distributie van hoogwaardige codeer- en markeerapparatuur en gerelateerde benodigdheden aan onze klanten in EMEA; De productie van een breed portfolio aan inkten om te voldoen aan specifieke klantvereisten (van voedselveilige inkten tot inkten voor technische toepassingen).

De Customer Service Coordinator is verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van eersteklas ondersteuning aan onze klanten in EMEA door middel van nauwkeurige en tijdige orderafhandeling. In dit verband is het belangrijk dat doelstellingen met betrekking tot omzet, maximale leveringsbetrouwbaarheid en optimale voorraadniveaus worden behaald. Deze functie biedt een uitstekende kans om operationele kennis en ervaring op te doen in klantenservice, logistiek, productie en distributie bij een wereldwijd opererend bedrijf. De Customer Service Coordinator werkt in een multidisciplinaire omgeving en werkt samen met een groot aantal disciplines verspreid over de hele wereld. Sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden zijn daarom een ​​pré.

In deze rol ziet een typische werkdag er als volgt uit:

• Verantwoordelijk zijn voor een portfolio van externe en interne klanten in Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika
• Dagelijks orderbeheer om ervoor te zorgen dat aan de klantvereisten wordt voldaan, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot: het ontvangen van verkooporders, het plaatsen van inkooporders, het opvolgen van lokale en internationale leveranciers, het volgen van orderleveringen, het afhandelen van retouren en klachten, en het contact onderhouden met lokale en internationale collega's van Operations
• Problemen oplossen en alternatieven voorstellen in geval van spoedleveringen, vertragingen of andere verstoringen van klantorders, in lijn met ons beleid en onze processen
• Voortdurend focussen op het maximaliseren van klanttevredenheid
• Rapporten genereren en gegevens analyseren ter ondersteuning van onze dagelijkse prestaties

Kwalificaties & Ervaring:

• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistiek, Business of Management
• Maximaal 3 jaar ervaring in Supply Chain Management of een gerelateerd vakgebied (inclusief stages)
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen, Excel en Supply Chain-tools (bij voorkeur)
• Ervaring met klantenservice in een productieomgeving of logistiek is een pré

The operation of Videojet Technologies Europe B.V. in De Meern consists of two parts, namely:

Distribution of high-quality coding and marking equipment and related supplies to our customers in EMEA; Production of a broad portfolio of inks to meet specific customer requirements (from food grade to technical applications).

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing first class support to our customers in EMEA through accurate and timely order management activities. In this regard, it is important that objectives regarding revenue, maximum delivery reliability and optimal inventory levels are achieved. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain operational knowledge and experience in customer service, logistics, production and distribution at a globally operating company. The Customer Service Coordinator works in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborates with a large number of disciplines spread across the globe. Strong communication and analytical skills are therefore a plus.

The role is located in De Meern, Utrecht with a hybrid working model.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Being responsible for a portfolio of external and internal customers across Europe, Middle East and Africa
• Daily order management to ensure customer requirements are met, including but not limited to: receiving sales orders, placing purchase orders, following up with local and international suppliers, tracking order deliveries, handling returns and complaints, liaising with local and international Operations colleagues
• Problem-solving and proposing alternatives in case of urgent deliveries, delays or other disruptions to customer orders, in line with our policies and processes
• Keeping constant focus on maximising customer satisfaction
• Running reports and analysing data, in order to support our daily performance

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business or Management
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or a related field (internships included)
• Experience with ERP systems, Excel and Supply Chain tools (preferred)
• Exposure to Customer Service in a manufacturing environment, or Logistics is an advantage
