Description
The Platform Systems Administrator Lead manages the functionality, performance, and administration of operating systems, applications, web platforms, and SharePoint environments. Responsibilities include system configuration, administrator and service accounts, access controls, software installation, patches, documentation, and system performance.
The person in this role will configure system modules, workflows, forms, business rules, web content, and SharePoint components to support organizational requirements. They will also maintain internal and external web content, hyperlink integrity, file transfers, HTML scripting, and content publishing.
The role integrates systems and applications through APIs and web services, develops automated workflows, reports, dashboards, and analytics, and resolves complex technical issues spanning multiple systems. They collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver project objectives and influence technical solutions and processes.
*This position requires candidates to already possess a Secret clearance.
*U.S. citizenship required. Ability to successfully pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification required.
Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and maintain enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Amazon Connect, SharePoint, web applications, operating systems, and associated applications.
Establish and manage administrator and service accounts, user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure system and data security.
Install, validate, and maintain system-wide software, patches, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure performance, stability, and compliance.
Customize and configure system modules, workflows, forms, fields, business rules, UI policies, automation processes, and web-based functionality.
Administer and maintain internal and external web pages and SharePoint sites, including content updates, file transfers, hyperlink integrity, HTML scripting, and posting new material.
Integrate systems and applications through APIs, web services, and integration tools to ensure data consistency and efficient information exchange.
Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into system performance, utilization trends, and operational improvements.
Manage platform data activities including imports, exports, transformations, and data cleanup to maintain integrity and accuracy.
Monitor system health and performance, conduct audits, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues.
Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions to complex technical issues, and support system enhancements and releases.
Plan and oversee system upgrades and environment changes through established configuration and change management processes.
Support disaster recovery planning and recovery time objectives (RTO), including backup and restoration activities.
Serve as a technical point of contact and collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors on technical solutions, processes, and system support.
Provide technical guidance and work direction to less experienced staff and support achievement of project and program objectives.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, web content, and updates.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Must have a Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline with a minimum of eight (8) years of operating systems and systems administration experience, including supervisory or team lead experience, or a Master's degree with six (6) years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, system design, implementation, and remote management.
Strong technical expertise in server and platform administration.
Experience configuring and supporting enterprise applications and integrated platforms.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong understanding of system security controls, access management, and compliance requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and determine appropriate methods and procedures for new assignments.

Pay Range $92,300 - $143,775
