The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building trusted customer relationships, driving accountability across diverse stakeholder groups, and delivering measurable business outcomes in complex environments. Experience supporting global supply chains, strategic accounts, and senior customer stakeholders will be critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment on strategic priorities
Lead cross-functional programs across Maersk, driving execution from strategy to delivery
Partner closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to improve operational performance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance by driving best practices and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain standardized KPIs to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making
Drive speed-to-market improvements through innovative supply chain solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across logistics, product, and operations to enhance service delivery and scalability
Anticipate operational challenges and proactively design solutions to improve efficiency, cost, and customer outcomes
Conduct regular operational reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning to ensure sustainable performance improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
5+ years of operational, logistics, supply chain management, program management, or customer management experience
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics operations
Preferred: Experience managing strategic customer programs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving operational and business outcomes across complex supply chain environments
Experience working with international supply chains or origin operations
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external teams
Experience managing executive customer stakeholders and supporting customer governance forums
Ability to navigate large organizations and mobilize resources across functions and regions to drive customer outcomes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in complex environments
Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is a plus
Preferred (not required): PMP, CSCP, Six Sigma, or related operational excellence certifications

Location: Charlotte, NC
Travel: Limited travel required, typically 1 to 3 trips per year, to support customer QBRs, customer visits, and special projects as needed.
Salary: $95,000 – $120,000*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
