Oversee daily operation, including customer service and staff supervision.
Maintain quality standards for food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
Train and mentor staff to improve their performance.
Manage inventory and costs for efficient resource utilization.
Ensure health and safety compliance with regulations.
What you will bring:
High school education or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a prestigious hotel and in Supervisory role is required.
Ability to motivate and supervise the team.
Flexibility with shifts and working hours.
Complain handling skills and eye for details.
