About the Team
Our Project Management team is responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of logistics facilities across Japan. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the team oversees all aspects of development, including project strategy, product planning, procurement, cost management, and execution. What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing logistics development projects from planning through execution, including:
- Developing project concepts and product strategies
- Leading the planning and delivery of logistics facilities and large-scale developments
- Managing project economics, business plans, and value creation initiatives
- Supporting land acquisition and development activities
- Driving procurement strategies and vendor selection processes
- Managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinating closely with internal design, engineering, leasing, investment, and operations teams
- Building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and development partners

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, development planning, investment projects, or related fields
- Experience managing project economics and business performance
- Ability to evaluate opportunities and enhance project value through innovative planning and execution
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, or large external vendor networks
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate ideas into successful development projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale real estate developments
- Experience with mixed-use developments, urban development, or placemaking initiatives
- Exposure to logistics, industrial, infrastructure, data center, or commercial real estate projects
- Proven track record of delivering complex development projects from concept to completion
