Job Description
This position supports the entire manufacturing process, including assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, and documentation. The Production Assembler reports to the Production Team Leader or Production Manager and works collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assembly, testing or calibration of sub-assemblies used in manufacture
Kitting and preparation of parts for rework
Warehousing including managing stock levels and keeping the warehouse clean and safe
Inspection of incoming parts
Basic repairs of mechanical parts
Technical skills with hand tools, solder irons, etc
Working with Production Team leader
Spare part assembly, packing and testing as required
ERP data entry and updating
Non-Essential Responsibilities

Qualifications
Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanical or calibration software
Understand and be able to follow quality assurance and assembly procedures
Active Contribution to a positive team environment
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to undertake and learn new tasks
