SUMMARY: As the Project Manager for the K12 Zone, you will play a key role in driving adoption, engagement, and day-to-day programming for Stride's interactive virtual campus. You will lead teacher and school enablement, student programming, marketing and communications, and operational execution to help schools and students get the most from the K12 Zone. This role works closely with product, marketing, creative, school leaders, and other cross-functional partners to deliver engaging experiences and support continued growth of the platform.

  • Program Adoption and School Engagement:
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase K12 Zone adoption and engagement across schools, teachers, students, and Learning Coaches.
    • Build strong relationships with school Points of Contact, teachers, and other school stakeholders to support successful Zone implementation and usage.
    • Identify and support school champions and share best practices that can be scaled across the network.
  • Teacher Training and Enablement:
    • Develop and deliver teacher and school training, onboarding, office hours, and other enablement resources for the K12 Zone.
    • Create clear guides, tutorials, and communications that help educators confidently use Zone features and experiences.
    • Partner with Product and school teams to support launches of new tools, features, and instructional use cases.
  • Programming and Experience Management:
    • Plan and execute engaging K-12 programming, events, campaigns, and seasonal experiences within the K12 Zone.
    • Coordinate programming calendars, event logistics, speakers, activities, and cross-functional support to ensure a seamless student experience.
    • Support school and national programming and identify opportunities to expand repeat student participation.
  • Marketing and Communications:
    • Develop and coordinate marketing and communication plans to drive awareness and adoption of K12 Zone programming, events, and new experiences.
    • Create and distribute school communications, newsletters, promotional materials, and other content in partnership with Marketing and Creative teams.
  • Program Operations and Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Manage program timelines, deliverables, and operational details across multiple K12 Zone initiatives and school year launches.
    • Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Curriculum, and school teams to ensure initiatives are aligned and executed successfully.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

·        Associates degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

·        Experience in program management, community engagement, education, training, or a related role.

·        Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

·        Experience developing and delivering training, programming, communications, or events.

  • Strong interest in K-12 education, student engagement, and digital or virtual experiences. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.

·        Familiarity with virtual platforms, content management systems, or online communities preferred.

·        Ability to clear required background check.

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level.  Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.  Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. 

  • We anticipate the salary range to be $57,524.00 to $65,418.00. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
