Banquet & Catering Bartender
We are seeking a professional and personable Banquet & Catering Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional beverage service at a variety of events, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in mixology, attentive to detail, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at banquets and catering events
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area before, during, and after events
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Restock and replenish bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with event staff to coordinate beverage service and event flow
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in banquet or catering settings
- Knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Valid bartending license or certification as required by local regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
