What you’ll be doing
The Client Services & Data Management (CSDM) team holds a global mandate for client onboarding across Capital Markets lines of business. The team is responsible for managing end-to-end client lifecycle activities, including the collection, validation, and maintenance of client data to support AML/KYC, regulatory, and operational requirements. As the Analyst, Data Insights & Business Transformation, reporting to the Director of Data Insights & Business Transformation, you will support business analysis, intake management, Requests for Information (RFIs), governance activities, and transformation initiatives. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to gather and document requirements, coordinate delivery activities, analyze data, and maintain accurate and traceable supporting documentation. The role also provides analytical and coordination support for management priorities, operational issues, and time-sensitive stakeholder requests.

How you’ll succeed
Business Analysis & Intake Management - Support the intake, assessment, prioritization, and tracking of business requests, enhancements, and technology initiatives. Gather, document, and validate business requirements; translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. Coordinate requirement reviews, solution clarification, testing, issue resolution, implementation readiness, and status updates with business and technology stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Operational Support - Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, remediation, and exception investigation to support client lifecycle, Data Governance, and operational priorities. Investigate data gaps and unexpected results; document findings and coordinate resolution or escalation with accountable teams. Use Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools to support analysis, data validation, solution testing, and decision-making.
Governance, Controls & RFIs - Coordinate responses to RFIs, audits, regulatory inquiries, and management requests by collecting and validating information from multiple sources. Maintain requirements, procedures, process documentation, control evidence, issue logs, data definitions, and audit trails to support consistent execution and audit readiness. Support data quality reviews and remediation activities to ensure information is accurate, complete, and traceable.
Project & Change Delivery Support - Support business change and transformation initiatives through requirements coordination, testing, issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and implementation readiness. Assist with data remediation, process improvement, and control enhancement initiatives. Identify practical opportunities to simplify processes and improve the quality and timeliness of business outcomes.
Stakeholder & Management Support - Act as a liaison across CSDM, Compliance, Technology, Data Management, audit teams, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and coordinate deliverables. Support the Director with management updates, presentations, briefing materials, meeting preparation, decisions, and follow-up items. Communicate progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations in a clear and practical manner.
Who you are
You can demonstrate experience. 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, client onboarding, process improvement, or change delivery within financial services, or equivalent experience. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, or functional documentation. Experience supporting intake requests, RFIs, testing, issue tracking, or implementation activities across multiple stakeholders.
You can demonstrate knowledge. Working knowledge of AML/KYC, client lifecycle data, regulatory requirements, Data Governance, or another controlled data environment.
You have a degree/diploma. In business, finance, economics, data analytics, computer science, and/or a related field.
You're digitally savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. You can easily adapt to new tools and trends. You have proficiency with MS Office such as Excel and PowerPoint.
You give meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information. You communicate detailed information in a meaningful way. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience validating data, reconciling results, and investigating exceptions.
