As Director of Digital Product Line, Marine & E&I, you will lead the adoption, performance, and continuous improvement of digital products and services that create measurable business and customer value.

You will contribute to continuously evaluating and developing our strategy and executing the clear roadmap in place to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and translate insights into tangible outcomes.
Working closely with colleagues across leadership, operations, IT, and external partners globally, you'll ensure digital solutions are adopted, continuously improved, and aligned with evolving business priorities.
The role reports to the Vice President, Digital Product & Service Delivery, based in Denmark. You will be located in Kgs. Lyngby with occasional travel as part of the role, meeting both the business and customers.
What Will Your Key Responsibilities Include?
Develop and execute the digital strategy – Drive delivery against an established digital roadmap, ensuring initiatives create measurable business value and support strategic priorities.
Partner with the business and customers – Build strong relationships across business units, sales teams, and customers to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and ensure solutions address real-world needs.
Own product performance and value realization – Lead the digital product portfolio, drive adoption, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve products based on business feedback and market insights.
Lead teams and delivery excellence – Inspire and develop a global team of 15–20 FTEs while working closely with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence.
You will play an active part in business leadership teams, bringing a digital perspective into strategic business decisions.
Have You Got What We're Looking For?
Solid IT and digital background combined with 10–15 years of leadership experience in complex business environments.
Proven ability to bridge business and technology solutions, creating measurable business outcomes.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, customers, and sales organizations.
Experience driving digital product adoption, business transformation, and process improvement.
Demonstrated track record in building and leading cross-functional product teams delivering results through influence and collaboration.
