If you're ready to build what's next in private markets, let's talk.
GTM Business Intelligence Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a highly analytical, technically strong, and business-oriented GTM Business Intelligence Manager to own the intelligence, reporting, and performance governance of our Go-to-Market organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering. You will transform complex datasets into actionable business insights, monitor the health of our GTM funnel, and enable leadership to make data-driven decisions that improve business performance. Beyond analytics, you will act as a trusted business partner, ensuring our GTM processes remain scalable, data-driven, and aligned with company priorities. You will independently own key GTM intelligence and Revenue Operations domains, influence stakeholders across the organization, and drive work through expertise, sound judgment, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Mission:
- Own the analytical framework behind Sales performance and GTM decision-making, running funnel, conversion, segmentation, Pareto, cohort, and trend analyses that drive forecasting, target tracking, capacity planning, and business planning.
- Own the monitoring and health of the lead lifecycle from acquisition through qualification and handoff, keeping key GTM metrics accurate and consistently measured, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify and fix conversion bottlenecks.
- Become the subject matter expert in our CRM data model, investigating reporting discrepancies and data quality issues, and partnering with CRM administrators, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering to improve reporting capability, automation, and data integrity.
- Own operational reporting and performance measurement across Revenue Operations, monitoring SLA performance, ticket volumes, and delivery timelines, and coordinating the roadmap so initiatives are prioritised, tracked, and delivered in a structured way.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business questions into analytical and technical requirements, and building trusted relationships across the organisation while protecting governance and agreed priorities.
- Continuously challenge existing reporting and recommend simpler, more effective ways of measuring business performance, rather than letting complexity accumulate by default.
The next Moonfarian:
- You bring deep, hands-on expertise in Excel, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas across large datasets.
- You have strong CRM reporting experience, ideally with HubSpot or Salesforce, and a solid grasp of sales performance metrics, forecasting, funnel analytics, pipeline management, and commercial KPIs.
- You have work with, or had some exposure to, SQL
- You're naturally curious and enjoy solving complex business problems, using data to challenge assumptions and influence decisions rather than simply reporting numbers.
- You remain calm under pressure, are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders on difficult messages, and can confidently push back when requests conflict with agreed priorities, governance, or business objectives.
- You take ownership from problem identification through implementation, prioritising competing requests without losing focus, and communicating complex analyses in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
- Experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Sales Operations, familiarity with data modelling and governance principles, and prior SaaS or B2B experience are all a plus, though not required.
If you feel you do not meet all of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply!
Please Note: We can only accept applications from those eligible to live and work in Berlin. This is a hybrid role with office attendance required 4 days/week. We do not accept applications sent by email. You should submit your application directly through our careers website.
