Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Project Coordination : Monitor and track action items, timelines, and follow-ups for AI Solutions and digital transformation projects  Communication Development : Create engaging presentations, reports, and communication materials; ensure clear and consistent messaging for Human Resources and other stakeholders during project rollouts  Information Management : Organize project information and maintain documentation repositories; Assist in preparing status updates and summaries for leadership communication  Training & Enablement : Assist in developing training materials and internal communications to support employee engagement with new tools and processes  Meeting & Event Logistics : Coordinate the scheduling, preparation, and facilitation of meetings, workshops, and project sessions Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Education : Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Communications, or a similar field  Interests and Experience : Interest in digital HR topics, AI, and transformation initiatives; Experience with Agile Methodologies and Project Management is a plus Presentation Skills : Good communication and presentation skills; Ability to prepare appealing and clean slides and written communication in English Tools : A good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Jira is a plus Working style : Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working; Good collaboration skills and ability to work with different stakeholders Language skills : Fluency in English Please apply with your CV in English . #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
