Sr Director, External ReportingJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, External Reporting, to lead the preparation and accuracy of all external financial reporting including filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and providing leadership to the team responsible for external reporting.THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN CINCINNATI, OHIO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct monthly financial consolidations, delivering reporting and compliance packages to senior leadership
- Lead the preparation of various quarterly and annual reports for the SEC and the U.S. Commerce and Treasury Department
- Lead the drafting of comprehensive financial statements, annual reports and management disclosures for corporate filings
- Interact frequently with financial management and other corporate finance disciplines, providing guidance on complex accounting matters including acquisition accounting, revenue recognition, pension accounting, etc.
- Quarterly interactions with the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors regarding SEC filings
- Serve as subject matter expert for financial reporting and accounting for Concentrix
- Maintain documentation supporting all Concentrix public reporting
- Develop Concentrix's strategy for external reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field with significant years of relevant experience preferred (either in similar roles with public companies or in public accounting serving US SEC registrants)
- Mastery of communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
- Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategy behind mentoring and coaching for team(s) and to act as leadership advisor to the external reporting team
- Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives
- Extensive understanding of the organization's business operations and industry
- Knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices
The annual base salary range for this role is $195,000 to $230,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
