Shifts:
Full-time, 6am-6pm - with rotating weekends
Full-time 6pm-6am - with rotating weekends
Part-time 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am
PRN 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am

What to expect:
Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Successful Candidates:
Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus, but not required
Rate Range - $30-$35.25/hour
