Engineering & Compliance Coordinator – EMEA Portfolio
Job Description Summary
Join our Engineering & Compliance team as a key coordinator supporting critical operations across a dynamic 12-country European real estate portfolio. In this role, you'll be the organizational backbone that keeps our compliance reporting, asset management systems, and stakeholder communications running smoothly. You'll coordinate the production of Statement of Assurance reports, manage our PMRM Schedule and Asset Register, and deliver insightful data analytics that drive decision-making. Working remotely within a collaborative international team, you'll interact with diverse stakeholders across Europe while supporting essential engineering and compliance functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative capabilities and a genuine interest in technical environments to make a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate Statement of Assurance (SoA) reporting across all posts by establishing standardized data collection procedures, managing production schedules, and ensuring quality control throughout the process
- Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders across the organization, identifying gaps in submissions and coordinating with Operations, HSSE, and Engineering leads to obtain complete information
- Administer the PMRM Schedule and Asset Register by reviewing change requests, preparing data loader files, coordinating system updates with technical teams, and supporting data quality initiatives
- Triage and manage technical and compliance queries from operations teams, clients, and stakeholders, routing requests to appropriate team members and tracking resolution status
- Produce engineering reports and data analytics to support team operations, including monitoring PPM compliance and identifying potential gaps before they become issues
- Support the development of operational frameworks including processes, templates, and guidelines that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
- Document processes and identify improvement opportunities to reduce manual effort, automate routine tasks, and enhance data visualization capabilities
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams across Europe, maintaining strong communication channels and occasionally traveling to support portfolio-wide initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven facilities management background with exceptional administrative capabilities and a track record of managing complex coordination processes
- CMMS platform expertise (Corrigo or similar systems) with the ability to manage data integrity, generate reports, and maintain accuracy across large datasets
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and visualization techniques
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, spot errors, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal, with the skill to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences across different cultures
- Proactive problem-solver with a "get things done" attitude, strong execution focus, and the ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team relationships
- Genuine interest in technical subjects and adaptability when working across diverse European countries and teams (technical degree preferred but not required)
What You Can Expect From Us
- Employment contract
- Competitive benefits package including private healthcare and life insurance
- Opportunity to work in a professional, stimulating, and challenging multinational environment
- Clear long-term career progression opportunities
- Freedom to demonstrate your own initiatives
- Access to comprehensive training and development programs
- Friendly and supportive company culture
