About the role
As Service & Training Professional you will:

• Provide a 5 star training service to our current and new customers across the country.

• Be onsite for face to face training with doctors, nurses and all other medical personnel who will use Pridok systems.

• Follow up on any questions or queries our customers may have with regards to their technical onboarding journey.

• Share your learnings from training sessions with the wider Pridok team including engineering and senior management.

• From time to time offer support to our Sales Executives within the tendor process to live demo and showcase the full Pridok suite of technology.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 1-3 years in a customer facing role where you primarily focused on relationship building and delivering exceptional service.

• A natural ability to seamlessly adapt and pivot in an ever-changing environment of customers’ needs.

• Flexibility to travel around Norway to be onsite with our customers all year round.

• A full, clean drivers licence and own car (CGM Pridok will reimburse travel related expenses and mileage).

• A natural “people person” personality and is able to communicate with our customers clearly with a high degree of patience and understanding.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English. We have both English and Norwegian speaking customers.  

• Ability to leverage AI to allow us to develop better, simple and clear trainings for our customers based off of feedback.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a fast paced scale up company.

• A relevant bachelors degree or diploma.

• Located in the Tønsberg or surrounding Vestfold area.

• Knowledge of the Norwegian healthcare journal systems.

• Have previously delivered training and/or support to members of the healthcare industry.

• An interest in technology – past, present and future.
