You will be responsible to:
- Support the development and implementation of training programs for Quality Control teams.
- Assist in the creation and update of training materials, work instructions, and learning content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning opportunities.
- Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support knowledge management initiatives and the standardization of training practices.
- Participate in Quality Control activities to gain technical expertise and ensure training content reflects current practices.
- Track training records and support compliance with GMP requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects related to capability building and employee development.
We are looking to recruit a Candidate:
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Strong interest in training, coaching, teaching, or knowledge sharing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English.
