Position Summary
You will be a trusted field partner who builds strong relationships with health care professionals, institutions, pharmacies, and vaccination centers across central Taiwan. You will combine scientific knowledge, clear communication, and customer-focused planning to support patient outcomes and grow our vaccine presence. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with health care professionals, institutions and pharmacies in your territory.
- Deliver clear, science-led education and solutions through face-to-face and virtual engagements.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to meet sales targets and improve patient access.
- Record and report customer interactions and territory activity accurately using company systems.
- Support customer events, trainings and local educational activities in collaboration with colleagues.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer needs, manage stock and follow up on administrative tasks.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in a health, life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ sales experience in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, medical devices, or related healthcare sales.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and conversational English; local dialect skills are a plus.
- Valid Taiwan driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Comfortable using digital tools for virtual engagement and customer record keeping.
- Commitment to work on-site and in the field; this is a territory-based, on-site role with hybrid administrative time as needed.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Previous experience promoting vaccines, preventive care, or public health programs.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Ability to interpret and discuss clinical evidence clearly for healthcare audiences.
- Experience working with public and private hospital systems and pharmacies in Taiwan.
- Strong planning, organizational and time-management skills for territory management.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning, coaching and career development.
