Job Summary**

As a Machine Operator/Dělník v elektrotechnice, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery in our electrical manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient and high-quality production according to specifications.

Job Responsibilities**

* Operate various production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
* Monitor machine performance, identify and report any malfunctions or deviations.
* Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to ensure optimal machine operation.
* Load and unload materials, components, and finished products from machines.
* Conduct quality checks on manufactured products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Document production data, including output, downtime, and quality issues.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications**

* Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in an electrical or manufacturing environment.
* Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and blueprints.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
* Proficiency in Czech language
