## About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR operations professional to support employee data management and HR transaction processing for global markets. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing HR transactions within agreed service levels, ensuring data quality and compliance, supporting stakeholder needs, and contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a customer-focused HR service while helping drive operational excellence across HR operations.

## What you’ll do

• Process employee-related HR transactions accurately and efficiently across existing and new HR processes.
• Maintain and update employee records within SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Deliver services within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support operational performance targets.
• Ensure all system-based and manual processing activities are completed accurately, consistently, and on time.
• Maintain compliance with data quality standards, audit requirements, and established HR operational procedures.
• Proactively manage transactional activities to minimise escalations and service disruptions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Identify opportunities for digitisation and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, team leaders, and stakeholders to support effective service delivery.
• Support customer-focused HR operations by ensuring timely resolution of employee and business requests.

## Who you are

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Human Resources is advantageous.
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably within HR operations, shared services, or employee administration environments.
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Organisational Management modules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively while meeting service level commitments.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Understanding of HR data management and transactional processing activities.
• Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to shared services environments is preferred.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
