Job Summary:
The Lawn Maintenance Technician performs routine lawn care and landscaping tasks, assembles and erects scaffolding for work in elevated areas, and completes occasional painting duties to maintain the appearance and condition of grounds and facilities.
- Perform regular lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal.
- Assist with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct minor painting projects, such as touch-ups and fence or structure painting as needed.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Support team members with groundskeeping and facility maintenance activities.
Requirements and Education:
- Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping preferred.
- Ability to safely handle and assemble scaffolding.
- Basic painting skills and familiarity with painting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
